How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff know the children well and identify areas where children may require additional support. This helps to ensure children receive the support they need to make good progress.

Outdoor space

All children enjoy playing in the garden. Babies confidently practise their developing physical skills as they explore in the sand. Toddlers have fun with balls and older children enjoy exploring in the mud kitchen. Older children undertake safety checks in the garden to ensure this is safe for their friends.

My one year old has been attending pine rivers for the past few months and it’s been nothing short of excellent! The staff are all kind and lovely, and the care they’ve given my son is amazing. I was nervous about sending my son but he always smiles at drop off and pickup, and eats/plays amazingly well there. They are also great at updating the app so I know what he’s been doing every day. My husband and I are so happy we went with pine rivers and I would definitely recommend it to any parents who want a safe, clean, and kind atmosphere!

This is an absolute gem of a nursery. The staff are all fantastic showing so much love and care towards all of the children. I was looking for a nursery with lots of outdoor space and the garden here is lovely with multiple outdoor play areas. The staff do lots of activities, take them on trips and keep you updated on everything they do on the Famly app. I looked at a few in the local area and this was hands down the nicest setting. If you’re considering it, it’s a must!

Pine Rivers was exactly what we were looking for from a nursery. Our baby started full time when she was 9 months old and has turned into a very happy, outgoing and creative little girl. It’s a family run business from a beautiful Victorian house with a huge garden that our little girl loves. They have areas that she can go out in no matter what the weather so we always know she will have a day full of adventure no matter what this British weather throws our way. The staff are really friendly and professional and are brilliantly innovative with the activities they involve her in, it never ceases to amaze me with the things she brings home that she has created on a daily basis. They also handled my anxious “new mum back to work” attitude with the greatest of compassion and never made me feel silly for calling to check throughout the day. She’s also become a really good eater since starting nursery, they provide home cooked food very similar to what we would give her at home and she is always keen to try new things now (even octopus on holiday!). A wonderful environment for little ones to grow and develop in, I’d have absolutely no hestitations in recommending them.

All 3 of my children attend Pine Rivers and it is a wonderful nursery that is warm and friendly and delivers the perfect environment for my children to learn, play and thrive. I could not recommend it highly enough!
