Children at Pipsqueaks thrive in an environment where they play well with their friends and display high levels of independence.
They benefit from a range of activities and resources that are set out to interest and engage them, fostering a love for learning. Staff prioritise language development, using stories and thoughtful conversations to extend children's vocabulary, and plan an interesting and motivating curriculum that builds on children's interests.
The nursery is proactive in supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), working closely with parents to support positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Additionally, children with English as an additional language (EAL) are well supported, with staff learning words in other languages, such as Bulgarian, to help children settle in, and incorporating religious and cultural festivals to broaden children's experiences and understanding of the world.
Parents consistently report that their children make significant progress in their speech, physical, and social skills, often expressing that their children 'have so much fun' and do not want to leave at the end of the day. The manager is highly reflective and driven, continuously seeking advice and support from the local authority to further raise the quality of the setting.

Inclusion & environment
