Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

The nursery is inclusive and welcomes all children. Staff work in partnership with parents and the local authority special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) team to develop individual learning plans to support children's progress. However, not all staff supporting children with SEND have the knowledge and skills to successfully engage the children in good-quality learning experiences. They do not consistently implement strategies outlined in children's individual learning plans. As a result, important learning opportunities are missed.

Outdoor space

Staff foster physical development well. They support babies to sit and entice them to crawl and pull themselves up, strengthening their core muscles. Children enjoy fresh air and exercise daily as they play in the garden.

This Nursery was highly recommended by a close friend. My daughter is almost four now she has been here since October 2025. The transition has been smooth despite our 3 weeks holiday as soon as she commenced. The environment is so stimulating and I felt that from the first visit with my daughter. The staff are warm and welcoming at every pick up and drop off. Hira, the manager, Hakima, Samson, Dita, Natasha, Hafsa, Saima and the cook, Narinder are extremely professional. My daughter’s progress is quite evident especially with her vocabulary and communication. It’s good to see and hear stories from the day! She has learnt so many great songs from Christmas to update. Thank you for a great service! Keep it up!

We were recommended this nursery by my husband’s friend. At first, I wasn’t sure about sending my son, but I decided to go and view the nursery and the moment I met the owner, Sonal, she completely won me over. The nursery is lovely and spacious, with a great variety of activities set up. It’s fun, engaging, and the safety system is excellent, which gave me real peace of mind. I was initially hesitant about sending my son to nursery, but after realising it would be best for him, I’ve seen such an incredible improvement. His communication and social skills have improved massively, and he now comes home wanting to play “school game” all the time! I truly appreciate all the hard work the staff have put into helping my son settle in. He talks about Hakima, Najma, and Saima all the time! I’m so happy with how far he has come in just six months. I highly recommend this nursery, you will not be disappointed.

My son joined Playtime Daycare at 14 months old, and within a week he was excited to go every day. Since joining, he has learned many new words, become proficient with cutlery, and developed independence when feeding himself. The nursery has created a welcoming environment that makes my son genuinely look forward to attending daily. The staff are dedicated, attentive, and genuinely enjoy working there. They provide regular updates on my son's activities (including pictures) and progress , and they are open to feedback, always wanting the best for him. One of the main reasons we chose this nursery was the excellent facilities, including a spacious baby room with a designated sleeping area and a private play garden. I highly recommend Playtime Daycare for any parent seeking a nurturing, engaging, and well organised environment for their child.

I was recommended this nursery by a friend whose daughter attends, and from the moment we met the owner, Sonal, we knew it was the perfect place for our 2-year-old son. I enrolled him to help improve his communication skills and encourage him to be more social with other children, and the progress over the last six months has been incredible. He has learned so much and has grown in confidence. He absolutely loves his teachers — Hakima, Najma, and Saima. They are all so warm, caring, and professional. I really appreciate the detailed feedback they share every day, along with photos of him learning, playing, and trying new activities. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing what he’s been up to. I highly recommend this nursery 100% to any parent feeling nervous about taking that first step. Speak to Sonal or Hira — you’ll be in great hands!

It means so much to us to see how happy and comfortable he is, and it's clear that this comes from the love, patience, and dedication of his wonderful teachers. A heartfelt thank you to Natasha, Dita, Shamsun, and Hakima for all your hard work, kindness, and support. The positive impact you have on our son's growth and happiness does not go unnoticed.
