Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are supported well. Staff with responsibility for supporting children with SEND are committed to collaborating with parents and other professionals to ensure that children receive targeted support and gaps in their progress start to close.
Staff plan activities so that children benefit from being outdoors in the extensive garden. Children climb, slide and pretend to make drinks at the lemonade stand. Staff support children to grow their own fruit, vegetables and herbs.
I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. From day one, we felt extremely welcomed, and it was clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and families. All the staff are incredibly friendly, and a special mention goes to the manager, Marukh, who is absolutely wonderful and leads the team with such warmth and professionalism. The settling process for my 2 year old twins was handled exceptionally well. I was quite anxious initially, but the team managed them so thoughtfully that they both settled in less than a week. The nursery truly provides a home-from-home environment, which made a huge difference for my children. The level of observation and care for my twins is outstanding. The staff keep me updated about even the smallest concerns and take immediate action when needed, which gives me complete peace of mind. When my twins are unwell or don’t eat their lunch, the staff go above and beyond to ensure they are encouraged to eat, stay hydrated, and feel comfortable and cared for. Communication through the app is excellent, and they always adhere to any requests or instructions I share. This nursery genuinely feels like a second home for my children. I never worry when I drop them off because I know they are in safe, caring, and capable hands. I have visited many nurseries, and by far, this is the best one. I am so grateful to have found such an amazing place for my twins. Thank you team x
