SEND provision

Outdoor space

Staff provide lots of opportunities for children to get fresh air and play outside. Children practise their physical skills as they climb and balance, follow instructions, and learn how to use equipment safely.

Unprofessional and let down, waste of time. Booked for an after school session and was alerted by the school she was not collected as arranged. I had to leave my college placement early to sort out alternative child care very last minute. Disappointing.

The safeguarding standards at this establishment are concerning. My daughter visited for a pre-visit in April, and shortly after, I was contacted within 30 minutes to collect her due to an incident involving her burning her hand on a heater located in an area accessible to children. The handling of this incident was quite poor, and there was no acknowledgment or communication from the management regarding the situation. Additionally, my formal complaint was not addressed appropriately. Overall, I am disappointed with how the situation was managed and would be hesitant to send my child to this setting again. I initially expected this to be a warm and nurturing environment for my daughter, but I was unfortunately disappointed. I find the overall experience unsatisfactory.
