Our son Oliver attends Pump House Day Nursery, initially starting in Toddlers & most recently moving up to Pre-School and absolutely LOVES it. He is thriving in all senses & genuinely looks forward to attending each day. The entire team are so friendly (including the nursery manager & teams in other rooms). Oliver has already formed a special bond with each of the Pre-School teachers in a short amount of time. Feedback is encouraged and most importantly you can tell how genuinely happy the children are. I wish we’d have enrolled sooner & cannot recommend Pump House enough!

Our little boy started at Pump House in July when he was almost a year old. Our experience right from the get-go has been wonderful! The staff are so friendly and helpful and we definitely felt like he would be in safe, gentle and caring hands when he started nursery. The approach at Pump House is first class - there's no 'one size fits all' approach - instead we've found that the staff are really tuned in to individual needs and suggest so many ways to meet our little boys requirements - and then celebrate their successes along with us! We can see the effect the nursery has had on our son for sure - he is thriving there...making friends, bonding with his teachers and becoming a very confident and happy little fella! We're so happy we chose Pump House - definitely the best nursery we visited and we feel lucky our boy is in their care.

Our experience taking our 1 year old to the Pump House has been really positive. All the teachers are very sweet and engaging with the children, and it's such a pleasure to see our daughter happily jumping to their arms now as a new day starts. They also listen to our priorities as parents and try to apply them daily, keep us posted during the day via the app, write a daily summary with photos, and send us monthly observations about the baby's development. Communication is easy and fluid. We also love how they do lots of activities with them daily, teach them things suitable to their age and take them out for walks very often.

Our now 5-month-old daughter has been going to the Pump House Nursery two days a week for almost two months now, and we couldn’t be happier! She has made tremendous progress since she started nursery, and seems genuinely delighted to see her key worker when she arrives in the morning. Communication with all the staff is great and drop-offs and pick-ups never feel rushed, with the lovely staff always making time to tell us how the day went. We’re extremely happy we decided to put our baby girl there!

Our son has attended Pump House for nearly a year and he has loved every minute of his time there. All the teachers are great and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of enquiring.
