Inclusion & environment
Staff work with small groups of children to promote their social skills and help them form relationships. This especially benefits children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff work with professionals to implement individual education plans to support children with SEND, which helps them to receive targeted support to make progress.
Children engage in organised activities, indoors and outdoors. They put on their coats when playing outside and spend plenty of time outdoors in the fresh air. This helps children to develop their larger muscles and coordination.
They have had the same brilliant staff since we started sending our child there 3 years ago. Testament to a stable happy environment for the kids and employees at this nursery, I can highly recommend.
