Inclusion & environment
Leaders are deeply committed to supporting children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those who face other barriers to learning and/or wellbeing, creating an inclusive provision where they receive necessary support. Staff gain a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of each child's unique personality and learning styles, working in partnership with parents, the local authority, and external professionals to plan and implement programmes using additional funding effectively.
Children develop a love of being outdoors, where they benefit from being active in the fresh air. They talk about the weather and independently put on appropriate clothes. They take part in forest and beach school activities, exploring the environment and learning about nature and how to use equipment safely.
