Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are well supported. Staff work with parents and other agencies to set individual targets for children and set out how they will help them achieve these next steps in learning. Children with SEND make good progress alongside their peers.

Outdoor space

Babies enjoy outdoor play as they navigate steps and go down the slide. They use ride-along toys and practise riding bicycles. Staff blow bubbles, and children chase them around popping them as they go. Staff also provide opportunities for children to talk together in groups about what they have heard and seen outdoors, and encourage children to develop their listening skills by listening carefully to sounds outdoors.

My little girl has been going to rainbow lodge for over a year. She loves it! The staff are really friendly, supportive and make a real effort with children. In an ideal world it would have been nice for her to stay at home with us until she started school but I feel we chose the best nursery in the area and it has really helped with my little girls development and personal skills.

Excellent staff, brilliant care and education but very poor, at times completely lacking, admin and management of finances. Aggressive approach to disputes by the management which left me feeling disappointed and anxious. I would not go back sadly.
