Inclusion & environment
The nursery manager has a strong focus on providing an inclusive environment. She works with staff to review children's learning and development, and puts in place support plans for children in need of additional help.
The report does not provide specific details about the children's use of outdoor space or physical play, other than mentioning that the manager and inspector discussed their curriculum and what they want children to learn, both inside and outside.
Our daughter has attended since she was 10 months old and she loves it. I cannot speak more highly of the staff who work here; they genuinely care, are easy to work with and know exactly how she is doing and what she needs. We were really nervous at the start, but they made the transition as easy as possible and always keep us informed and uptodate.
