Staff are vigilant and alert to any signs of delay, undertaking screening for speech and language to ensure children are at their expected developmental stage. Children needing additional support for speech and language development receive it at the earliest opportunity.

Outdoor space

Children relish the time they spend outdoors, developing physical skills by cycling, splashing in muddy puddles, and kicking balls, which helps develop their large muscles and coordination skills. They have many opportunities to move their bodies in different ways, including bending, jumping, and stretching during music and movement sessions.
