Leaders follow a graduated approach to supporting and identifying children who need additional support, working closely with parents to ensure swift identification and referrals. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities benefit from individual support plans, and staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities.
We could not be happier with this nursery. The kindest most attentive staff. Everyone knows my daughter’s name, likes and dislikes - it is so reassuring. Her personality shines through the minute she arrives to the last minute she leaves (often reluctantly!)
