If I had to choose one word to describe this Rockinghorse Kindergarten Rugby, it would be kind. They have shown nothing but kindness to my son and our family. He is greeted with kindness and enthusiasm every morning, even when he is being grumpy because he has just woken up! He enjoys being at the nursery and is often in no hurry to finish the activity he is doing when I pick him up. He seems to enjoy the food as he often eats it all. I completely believe he is safe and happy. Academically, the nursery provides a range of engaging activities that are linked to the learning areas and they communicate this well to parents. My son is also able to learn through his own interests in a comfortable space including a good outdoor environment. They often share assessments around the learning areas including next steps and I am updated everyday about the activities and his day. My son has made excellent progress in the year that he has been there. Overall, the environment at the nursery is always welcoming. I speak to the staff frequently and I know their roles including the managers and Senco. I would not hesitate to speak to them if I had a concern or wanted support. The parents are friendly and polite. They say please and thank you and encourage their children to do so when entering and leaving the nursery. They say it takes a village to raise a child and I am glad this nursery is part of mine.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this nursery. Our little boy started when he was just 5 months old, which was naturally a big step for us as parents—but from day one, the team made us feel completely at ease. Over the past month, they have created such a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment, not just for our son but for us as a family too. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. It’s clear how much care and thought goes into everything they do. What has stood out the most is the level of support and reassurance they’ve given us during this transition. They’ve taken the time to get to know our son as an individual, keeping us updated and making sure he feels safe, happy, and settled. We feel so lucky to have found a nursery where our child is not only well cared for but truly valued. We would highly recommend it to any parents looking for a loving and supportive environment for their little one.

My eldest attended here and my son is currently in the toddler room. I also have friends whose children have gone to and still go here. I’ve been coming to this nursery for over three years now and there is absolutely not one thing I can fault. The staff are amazing and there to help you whenever you need. Both my children absolutely adore every single member of staff down to the cook and caretaker! I have never experienced any safeguarding issues and would recommend this nursery to anyone I know with children. Donna Hannah Cheryl both Amy’s Kelsey Emma, there are too many to name, they’re all fabulous and I would trust them with my children every single day of the week! Keep being fabulous guys🤍🤍🤍🤍
