How they support every child

SEND provision

Successful partnership working with other agencies and professionals means that children who have special educational needs and/or disabilities receive the support they need. Staff identify when children need extra support and swiftly seek appropriate advice and guidance. Consequently, these children make good progress from their starting points.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy playing in the outdoor areas in any weather. Recent rainfall enhances their enjoyment as they put their boots on to splash in puddles.

EAL / language support

Staff use successful strategies to support children who speak English as an additional language. They learn key words in children's home language and use picture cards and visual timetables.

Both of my children went to Seesaw Nursery Ltd from the ages of 18 months to school age and the staff there were amazing! They always had time to talk with me and my husband about how the kids had been and what they ate throughout the day. I felt I could approach them with any concerns or worries I had about my children and they would always find the time to talk through things with me and accommodate. The atmosphere in the nursery was always welcoming and friendly and they made me feel like my children were important. My children loved their time there and were extremely well looked after and still go sometimes during school holidays if I'm stuck for childcare. A very big thumbs up from me and would recommend to anyone 😀
