• Children show good behaviour and respect for each other, guided by staff using 'kind hands' and words.
• Children develop good levels of independence, making choices over their play and helping with routine tasks.
• A strong management team works closely with directors and managers from sister settings.
• Parents are very happy with how their children are cared for, appreciating key persons' knowledge and effective communication.
• Staff work well with other agencies to support children with special educational needs, disabilities, and those who speak English as an additional language.
• Babies are cared for by staff who know them well, receiving comforting hugs and support for safe movement.
• Staff use effective strategies to enhance babies' language skills and support them in using words.
• The nursery garden provides opportunities for children to develop physical skills and engage in planting.
• Managers and staff are introducing a new curriculum to strengthen learning paths for individual children.
