How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders and staff work closely with parents to support children's individual needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff are highly responsive and make adaptations for children to access a curriculum that meets their individual needs, using Makaton to extend their communication skills and develop their understanding. Leaders and staff recognise early support needs, make timely referrals, and attend training with the local authority to provide targeted support.

Outdoor space

Children show a love for outdoor play, excitedly exploring equipment to build their core strength and stability. The nursery provides children with a spacious area to practise their physical skills and negotiate spaces, with staff supporting exploration and learning about the world around them.

EAL / language support

Staff prioritise communication and language development, using Makaton throughout the day to build children's vocabulary and help them express themselves.
