The report highlights that children are happy and confident, developing strong relationships with staff and demonstrating independence and good behaviour within the daily routines. Staff are knowledgeable about child development and adapt the learning environment to support all children, including encouraging physical skills and promoting emotional understanding and communication.

Since my little has been at Balderton Serendipitys I can’t think of anything negative. My child has extra needs and they have catered towards that and inform me of everything to help my own mum guilt issues and anxiety’s which puts me at ease! The staff are kind and supportive and look after each child. (they need a medal with my little ) I can truly say they are incredible and a family setting away from home ! My little one loves them and doesn’t even say bye now when leaving 😂! i hope every staff member knows how much parents appreciate them just by caring about our babies ! Thank you Serendipity’s Balderton and your amazing staff in toddler room and all rooms that I’ve met ! Plus managers are so lovely too !!

Fantastic place to send your little one! All of the staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. My little girl absolutely loves going there.
