My son was attending this nursery and I recommend this nursery. Fantastic approach to early childhood education and care. The staff are incredibly supportive, nurturing, and attentive, always creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children (as he grew he attended to different rooms). The range of activities offered is amazing - sports day and engaging dance classes that encourage physical activity, teamwork, and creativity. The outdoor space is truly impressive, providing children with plenty of room to play, explore, and develop their physical skills. Additionally, my son loved nursery’s forest school which is a fantastic feature, giving children the opportunity to connect with nature, learn about the environment, and enjoy hands-on, outdoor learning experiences. Overall, this nursery offers a wonderful balance of care, education, and enrichment activities, making it a fantastic choice.

Looking for childcare for your child can be the most daunting process and for me it was until I came across Sidcup Day Nursery. The staff here are exceptional and it’s no cliche to say that they really do help your child flourish. The staff are experienced, caring and the whole nursery has a family feel - we have been gifted with an extended family of aunties. The nursery is well equipped, with an amazing amount of play space, particularly outdoors play and a forest school! There is always nutritious food served and you cannot fault their educational teaching and trips! I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention that they have given and the peace of mind they have given me during my child’s time there.

We did show-arounds at all the local nurseries in Sidcup and Bexley, and this one stood out by a mile - for its genuinely warm atmosphere and the diversity among the staff at all levels. It's clear that this job is more than just work for them - it's a calling. Good vibes all around! There is a real family feel in the building. It made the decision an easy one for us. Since joining, our son's confidence has come on in leaps and bounds and he's become so chatty! Every time I pick him up, he's in the middle of an activity and has the biggest smile on his face. The staff are dedicated, passionate and friendly-always taking the time to chat with all family members during collection. Also, the observations staff post on the Tapestry platform are a great insight for us, allowing us to follow our son's progress closely. As a parent, it's a huge comfort knowing our boy is in such capable hands. If you're looking for a friendly and nurturing nursery, I very highly recommend Sidcup Day Nursery!
