It operates year-round, closing for one week at Christmas, with sessions running from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The setting also offers before- and after-school clubs and a holiday club.

The nursery supports children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff complete additional training to improve their personal effectiveness and outcomes for all children.
Children thoroughly enjoy spending time in the nursery's garden, where young children fill buckets with sand, older children learn about spatial awareness through warm-up exercises and tricycles, and other children show persistence and resilience while playing with bats and balls with staff.
