I visited Smart Kid Nursery in Digbet Birmingham for the first time and had such a positive experience. The receptionist Anadi provided outstanding customer service, She was calmed with a friendly smile, approachable, and very helpful. The staff I met were polite, professional, and clearly dedicated to their work. The nursery itself was very clean, well-organized, and inviting. During tour at Smart Kid Nursery today it really stands out for the wide range of activities they provide for the children. The little ones are encouraged to explore, play, and learn in a fun and supportive way. The soft play area is absolutely lovely and makes the nursery extra special — the kids have so much space to enjoy themselves safely. There’s also a welcoming café for staff and parents, which is such a thoughtful touch, and a beautiful garden where the children can spend time outdoors. I was especially impressed with how the staff encourage independence, giving children choices and supporting them with important skills like personal hygiene. The environment feels warm, caring, and well thought out — it’s clear that the nursery goes above and beyond to make both children and families feel comfortable and valued. Overall, I felt comfortable and welcomed right away. Highly recommend!

My daughter have been going to smart kids nursery for 2 years now - full time. She loves the nursery, the teachers do a great job and all the kids there love them. The facility is quite impressive too, has proper sized classroom, indoor soft play, outdoor garden area with slides, swings, toys, and loads of things to keep the kids active. My heart breaks that we’re going to school next year and will part ways with this beautiful nursery

Smart Kids Nursery in Digbeth has been a great help to me and my child since we joined two years ago. My child has autism, speech delays, and food issues. His teacher Leah and the other teachers in the toddlers' room have helped him improve his sensory skills, communication, and even start reading books. Now, he can take my hand and show me what he wants to do, and he’s much calmer. He loves going to nursery and even knows the way there. The nursery manager has been very supportive, helping me with plans, setting goals, attending meetings, translating, and reading letters for me. She’s been there for me throughout my child’s EHCP plan. Even though my son has finished nursery, she still helps me and guides me to the right agencies whenever I need it. Her door is always open, and she’s willing to see me anytime I walk in Thank you so much Smart kids Nursery

This nursery is honestly the best nursery your child could attend! My 10 month old loves going here and brightens up whenever he gets to nursery and especially when he sees his key person. He’s well taken care of and he has really improved in many ways since he started attending. He now crawls and cruises around, eats all kinds of solids, babbles and can now say mama and dada and shake his head no! ☺️ The manager, the staffs and the receptionists are so professional, provides excellent service and very nice. Also a perfect environment for child’s developmental health! Good job smart kids nursery! Very satisfied mum here 😁
