My son started nursery in 2024 and I can say he came a long way. His speech had improved and confidence was boosted. He enjoyed nursery and when I used to drop him he was all smiles. Staff are very attentive and kept myself up to date with everything. Amazing nursery and really well equipped for young children.

This is the 3rd nursery my children have attended. We have had troubles at the other two for various reasons. However, this nursery is a breath of fresh air. My children love it there. They have great outdoor play facilities, includong a huge mud kitchen, slide, etc. The nursery always looks clean and looked after, very different to the chaos I've seen in other nurseries. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem like they are interested and care about the children. My children really enjoy it there and actually come out skipping after a long day. My eldest couldn't sleep at previous nurseries as other nurseries expect them to sleep in the same room in daylight, however here, they actually set up an environment conducive to sleep with white noise and a darkened room. My son now sleeps for several hours every nursery day. They post excellent feedback reports about my children on a monthly basis. And actually use a useful app 'famly' to document my child's day, unlike other nurseries that use apps that weren't helpful or informative at all. There is even the option to book additional days as required which is such a help l. Overall I'm very happy with this nursery. Would recommend anyone to go and take a look.

Smart start is a fantastic nursery and I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else! It’s by far the best nursery in the area. My 3 daughters have been attending here for nearly 4 years, my eldest two now attend school but they always come back during the holidays for the holiday club! All of the managers and staff are friendly, approachable and down to earth. They are very accommodating and have been able to assist with behavioural issues that my youngest was having at the time. The nursery has lots of space and is always exceptionally clean and tidy with a very good range of equipment for children of all ages. The outside play area is very spacious and well kept. They also run various events throughout the year such as picnics and stay and plays that parents can attend with their children which is lovely! I highly recommend this nursery!

What an incredible nursery and team! I cannot praise the staff enough for their dedication and genuine care towards the children. As you come to collect the children you can clearly see the pure joy on their faces as they're busy in activities. You receive regular feedback, staff are approachable and welcoming and provide updates on Tapestry and face to face, we've had a parents evening and sports day which you don't really expect with independent nurseries but shows how they really go above and beyond. My daughter absolutely loves it here, she had no trouble settling in at all and looks forward to her nursery days. Food was a big worry of mine but I'm so pleased they offer nutritional and varied food cooked on site, whilst my daughter had some dietary changes due to health issues, the staff were so so accommodating and careful and attentive. Whilst we went through a difficult time with sleepless nights due to health issues, the nursery was kind to offer afternoon slots which made such a huge difference. They really are so flexible and compassionate. The only downside is that my daughter has to leave to go to primary school, Smart start you have been incredible thank you so much!!

Smart start is an excellent nursery, my daughter attended there and my son has just finished ready for school. My boy attended since he was 14 months and I was very nervous as he was very young and wasn’t sure how he would settle in a completely new setting for 2 full days. Smart start assured me and have to say he was very happy there and has grown up to be a confident, smart and well mannered 4 year old. I was assured as the nursery is secluded with security gates and a good environment around them. With a personal chef which you know that your boy will be eating healthy. Thankyou to all the staff from baby to preschool room and everyone at reception. One of the best nurseries in the area so far.
