• Staff support babies' speech development by repeating words and extending vocabulary.
• The manager has created a curriculum based on key skills and knowledge, planning enjoyable experiences.
• Leaders work in partnership with external agencies to support children's needs, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Staff teach children about healthy food and discuss choices at mealtimes.
• Staff are skilled at communicating effectively with children, holding conversations and joining in their play.
