The team at Smart Tots Banbury have been absolutely wonderful, warm and reassuring. As a first time mum, I was extremely anxious looking for nurseries, not to mention leaving my baby girl anywhere but home. The Manager, Pav, Rebecca, our key person, and many more team members have been so warm and understanding. Our settling in seasions went incredibly well and by day three I was completely at ease with the nursery (and girl of course!!). The building is clean and airy, which also is very important to us. 5 well seserved stars

Feel really disappointed in this nursery, heard, recommended many good things about this nursery, but have received the complete opposite!! They just kick/reduce children’s hours because their so short staffed. Some staff seemed not bothered and bad attitude, and don’t clean the kids nappy well! Very bad management! Would definitely not recommend this nursery!!!

Excellent service from the team at Smart Tots. They have been accomodating where possible and do a great job. The facilities are very good considering the size/layout (old buildings can't always be that adaptable to requirements). I appreciate their attention to door security too. I would recommend them. Thanks.
