30pm, Monday to Friday. The nursery received a 'Good' rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 17th February 2023.
Children settle quickly and develop warm relationships with staff, who provide comfort and support. The curriculum, developed by staff, focuses on building independence and confidence, preparing children well for future learning and school.
Staff are clear about their learning intentions for activities, both indoors and outdoors, helping children to practice new skills and gain confidence in their physical movements and coordination. For instance, babies are encouraged to pull themselves to standing, while pre-school children ride wheeled toys and match animal footprints.
The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is strong, with staff promptly identifying developmental gaps and working with parents and professionals to ensure children receive the necessary support. Children also develop good independence and self-care skills, such as putting on their own coats and wellington boots for outdoor play.
Staff consistently offer specific praise and encouragement, fostering high self-esteem, and manage transitions between rooms and settling-in sessions to meet individual needs effectively.

Inspector highlights
Areas to develop
Inclusion & environment
The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is good. This is because the manager and staff quickly identify potential gaps in a child's development. They then work well with parents and other professionals to make referrals and set targets to prevent those children from falling behind.
Children develop good independence and self-care skills as staff have high expectations of what children can achieve for themselves. For example, when children choose to play outdoors, they put on their own coats and wellington boots with minimal support from staff. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, both indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
