Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

The nursery is very inclusive and children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) make good progress in the staff's nurturing care. This is particularly evident for those children with SEND or additional support plans.

Outdoor space

In the garden, staff ask children to dig for potatoes that they planted previously. Staff give children daily fresh air and exercise, providing them with the space and time to develop their balance, coordination and strength independently, such as exploring the garden freely or taking part in adult-guided obstacle courses.

My daughter loves attending here. We've gradually increased her to more hours as she gets on so well there! She is always fully occupied, learns new things and has made some great friends, both children and adults. As a parent, I joined to committee (although you dont have to lol), it makes me feel like I'm truely involved in my child's early years experience, even when shes not by my side! I'd encourage anyone to go and spend some time there, you'll soon see that it's so much more than just a Pre-School!
