My son attended Smartstarts Day Nursery from age 1 to 2, starting in the winter term and continuing through to the end of the academic year. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the care, dedication, and attention the staff gave to his early development. The team played a key role in supporting his speech and fine motor skill development through a wide range of fun and engaging activities. By the time he left, he had already learned his alphabet, numbers, colours, and animals – far beyond what we expected at that stage. The staff are incredibly friendly, nurturing, and hardworking. The daily updates via the nursery’s app, complete with pictures and a summary of what he’d been up to, gave us peace of mind and helped ease the anxiety that often comes with leaving your child in someone else’s care. Management has also been excellent – always helpful, responsive, and flexible. They offer a range of options to help parents make the most of their government-funded hours, which was a huge help in balancing childcare with work. We were genuinely sad to leave Smartstarts due to relocating, and would have loved to keep our son there longer. It's a wonderful nursery that gave our child the best start, and we’re so grateful for everything they did.

I couldn't be happier with the care my son has received at Nursery since he started at 2 years old. The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment where he thrives. They consistently go above and beyond to support his development and encourage his curiosity, and we love seeing the daily updates and progress updates they provide. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a truly caring and supportive place for their child.

My child attended the Nursery since he was a baby and all the way up to the pre school room. The management and the staff are approachable and helpful. The Nursery keeps parents updated with relevant information and provide you daily feedback via an online app. My child has made huge progress and has developed his skills in different areas. My child was always happy to go there. I never had any issues. I would highly recommend this Nursery to others as they are the best Nursery in Manor Park !

SmartStarts Day Nursery has been a wonderful childcare setting for both of my daughters since 2018. My eldest started when she was about 18months old (with a dairy allergy) and the staff were brilliant in ensuring she was carefully fed according to what she was allowed. Her learning, social development and overall confidence came on leaps and bounds and put her in good stead when moving on to a school nursery. My second daughter started there from the age of 12 months and settled in from day one. The staff were great with her too and she quickly became fond of them as well as her day to day activities at the nursery. The nursery’s impact on her cognitive/social development has been brilliant and she seemed to learn to speak fluently quite quickly! We felt at ease at all times, knowing the team were taking good care. Both of my daughters throughly enjoyed their time at SmartStarts - thanks to the management and all the staff for looking after us over the years. I would not hesistate to recommend this nursery to other parents. All the best to the team.

My children have had a great experience at Smartstarts. They have been provided the necessary skills to become independent at such a young age. Staff have supported my children with eating and toileting independently, which was quite a challenge at home. The staff always provided a short feedback at the end of each day and with the new e- software, I was kept update to date what my children were up to throughout the day and what they ate. Thank you to all the staff!
