All three of my children have attended this nursery, and we’ve had a fantastic experience every time. The staff are warm, friendly, and truly engaged with the children. They’ve created such a safe and nurturing environment that gave me real peace of mind. One of the standout features is the large garden at the back — it’s a beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play. The team also go above and beyond for special occasions like World Book Day, Sports Day, and Mother’s/Father’s Day, always making them fun and memorable. I’ll really miss this nursery now that my youngest is leaving — it’s been such an important and positive part of our family’s life. Thank you for everything!

After carefully exploring early education options in our area, we chose Smilers Nursery Parkhouse, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The nursery is not only beautiful and immaculately kept, but it's also filled with warmth, care, and a genuine love for children. The team of nursery teachers is exceptional: kind, attentive, and deeply supportive. Special thanks to Sindy, the wonderful manager, whose thoughtfulness and readiness to help made a real difference throughout our time there. Our child grew in confidence, often asking to go even on weekends. He especially loved the two stunning gardens designed thoughtfully for different age groups. My child loved the food served there. I have only praising words to say about our experience at The Smilers. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful places where children thrive.

Smilers Nursery is absolutely perfect for our son! The staff are amazing, caring, and dedicated. Nursery manager Sindy is outstanding. We've watched our little one grow, learn, and thrive in their loving environment. The nursery provides the ideal balance of fun and learning. We're grateful for the Smilers team and feel lucky to have found this wonderful nursery for our son. Highly recommend!

Our daughter attended Smilers Nursery Parkhouse from the age of 1 until she left for school at 4, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and support she received during those important early years. Like many little ones, she found it hard to settle in at first, but the staff were incredibly patient, caring, and genuinely committed to making her feel safe and happy. They took the time to build a strong, trusting bond with her, and before long, nursery became a place she looked forward to. The team at Smilers is warm and welcoming, and they always made us feel involved in our daughter’s journey. Sindy, the manager, goes above and beyond: from organising fun events throughout the year to celebrating important cultural and festive days with themed activities and decorations. Every holiday, our daughter would come home beaming with a special gift or craft she had made, which made those moments even more meaningful for our family. She made lovely friendships, developed a great foundation for learning, and left nursery confident and ready for school. We LOVE Smilers! Our first daughter used to go there, when it was a fairly newly opened nursery. She forever loves the staff, and although she is now in YR3 in Primary school still loves going back to visit them from time to time. Our second child has started going to Smilers a few months ago and absolutely loves the same staff members as our first one! We love that they are like our own family and have a really great connection even with the owner of the nursery. Sindy is a very down-to-Earth, easily approachable person, who was definitely born to do childcare! The Nursery is really well equipped, super clean and regularly updated. We are calm and relaxed going to work knowing that our children are safe and well taken care of. Staff members have been a constant stable point, we have the same people looking after our little one as were for our first one 7 years ago. They are all passionate and caring, and our children love them. Nothing more you could ask for!
