I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful teachers who take care of my two-year-old daughter at this nursery — especially Sumayyah Sakab, Haiysha Hafeez, Aleisha Thompson, Rushna Begum and Samia Mohammed . From the very beginning, they have shown so much patience, kindness, and genuine care. At such a young age, feeling safe, loved, and understood is everything, and these teachers create exactly that kind of environment. They welcome the children with warmth, support their development with so much dedication, and treat each little one with tenderness and respect. Seeing how comfortable and happy my child is with them gives me complete peace of mind every single day. As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is in such caring and capable hands. Thank you for the love, attention, and effort you put into your work — it truly makes a difference in our lives.

I feel confident in leaving my daughter at this nursery knowing she will be well looked after for the day. Staff are so good and helpful- they are always ready to learn and respond to my daughter’s individual needs. The most important thing is she is always happy when I leave and pick her from the nursery. They have a range of age appropriate activities which makes them busy, it seems my daughter is never bored in the nursery. Also, I feel the nursery is well looked after in terms of cleanliness which was one of the main points when I was trying to find a nursery for my daughter. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has settled into kids Inc Clarence Avenue really well. Her being 9 months I was so anxious to leave her but the the staff were all so helpful with her settling and she’s enjoying her time there. She’s always so happy to go to nursery. I love how much the staff communicate with the parents via the Famly App. It means I always know how my daughter is doing throughout the day , how well she’s eaten and the amazing activities that she has done . They do so many fun activities such as cooking and growing vegetables and they also hold lots of fun events that we love attending. I’m so happy with the care my daughter has received and her interests and needs are always met . Thank you so much to all the staff and kids Inc nursery Clarence avenue.

My little one has been attending for an over a year and absolutely loves it! They are well cared for by all staff who provide a warm and welcoming environment and provide lots of age appropriate opportunities to develop and learn during the day. We are always kept well informed of their activities and progress including what they eat - the food is well balanced and healthy and the fact that my picky eater regularly finishes their food is testament the chef! I love that I get updates and can see pictures of what they have done each day on the fmly app - it’s so nice to get an alert and see a pic of them fully engaged and smiling in a task. On top of all this Toni, Nicole and the rest of the team really do go above and beyond to build a community amongst the parents - we are regularly invited into the nursery to share in activities with our children and the yearly summer and Christmas fetes are really fun. It makes it so much easier to drop them off each day and go to work knowing they are well looked after and having loads of fun. So glad we chose here for childcare!

I can’t believe Veera has graduated from Kids Inc Day Nursery Clarence Avenue! Watching her grow into the confident, independent girl she is today has been an incredible journey, and we owe so much of that to the amazing team at Clarence Avenue. From learning how to plant and harvest, to cookery classes, making friends, and building her communication skills—the experiences have been endless, and each one has made a huge impact on her. Your dedication, kindness, and support have been invaluable, and we are forever grateful for the role you’ve played in Veera’s development. We’re truly going to miss you all, especially the wonderful events that have become highlights for us! Thank you, Clarence Avenue team.
