I had booked my daughter in to the roffey setting. One day i went and it was completely locked up and no-one had told me. Then after long discussions with the owner and filling out forms, they told me this would never happen again and they would always honour any hours i had booked in with them even if it was only a few. I needed to know this due to work commitments. 1 week before my daughter was due to commence her week, i needed to change some of the hours and was at the very last minute said that it wasnt worth them opening the nursery and refunded my money. No apology and no warning. I would avoid this place. It seems so much more about money than it does about the children. I had to give it 1 star for them to let me post :(
