How they support every child

SEND provision

Leaders and staff accurately and quickly identify children's needs, working effectively with other professionals to reduce barriers to learning. Staff are well trained to continuously support children's progress, for example, by ensuring children who need more support with speech and language sit at the front at circle time and providing additional prompts for children needing help with social skills. Leaders also work closely with parents and key persons of children facing barriers to learning to ensure targeted support during daily activities, helping these children make good progress.

Outdoor space

Many activities take place outside as children benefit from free-flow access between indoor and outdoor spaces. This naturally encourages children to be physically active. Children are also encouraged to persevere with open-ended tasks, both indoors and outdoors.
