Leaders identify children's needs promptly and collaborate with parents and external professionals. However, targeted strategies designed to help individual children meet their learning goals are not always implemented consistently across the team, meaning some children do not receive the precise, timely support required.

Outdoor space

Children have daily access to outdoor play in a large garden area where they can run, climb, and develop physical skills using both small and large muscles. They explore natural and sensory materials, and staff support them in taking appropriate risks, even encouraging babies to practice climbing stairs.
