I cannot express enough how incredible the staff at Toddler Town Nursery are. They have been a true support for my daughter, who is currently in the Toddler Room. It's clear that they go above and beyond in their roles, consistently demonstrating genuine care, attention, and dedication to every child in their care. As a parent, I truly appreciate how they work with us, especially when it comes to important milestones like toilet training. The staff are not only receptive to our needs but also actively support us in this journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent approach both at home and at the nursery. What stands out the most is the constant communication and collaboration with me as a parent. They make me feel reassured and confident in my daughter's progress. It’s rare to find a place that truly partners with parents in such a meaningful way. The manager at Toddler Town Nursery is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond to support me as a parent in countless ways. Whether it’s offering advice, addressing concerns, or simply providing reassurance, she is always there with a solution and a listening ear. Her dedication to both the children and their families makes all the difference, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about creating a positive, supportive environment for everyone. I would wholeheartedly recommend Toddler Town Nursery to any parent. Their unwavering commitment to the children’s development and well-being, paired with their dedication to supporting families, makes this nursery exceptional. The staff genuinely care, and it's evident in everything they do to help the children reach their full potential.

Today was such a special and emotional day as our son Aydin graduated from Toddler Town Nursery after two incredible years. We truly can’t thank the team enough for everything they’ve done for him. From the very first day, it’s felt like a second home, a place filled with warmth, care, and love. All the staff have become like family to us, and we could always see just how much they truly cared for and loved Aydin. The graduation today was so beautifully done and incredibly touching. Receiving a folder filled with Aydin’s key moments and photos was such a thoughtful gift, something we will treasure forever. It’s amazing to look back and see just how much he’s grown during his time at Toddler Town, and we know it’s because of the nurturing and supportive environment created there. A huge thank you to Misbah, Stacey, Paige, and Maysah for being such a big part of Aydin’s journey, and also to his previous key workers who are no longer at the nursery, your love and care made such a lasting impact. Every single person who’s been part of his time at nursery has played a role in shaping the happy, confident boy he is today. We’ll miss everyone at Toddler Town so much, but we leave with full hearts and lifelong memories. Thank you again for everything, we’ll never forget the love, support, and joy you’ve given Aydin and our family. 💜💜💜💜💜

My son has been attending this nursery since he was around 18 months old and has consistently had a positive experience. Any concerns I’ve raised have been addressed promptly by the management team. For instance, during periods when my son was reluctant to attend—typical toddler behaviour—his key workers provided extra support to help build his confidence and friendships. Ismah has been particularly kind and attentive, though all the staff I’ve interacted with have been warm and welcoming. They always acknowledge my child, even outside of nursery hours, which reflects their genuine care. While the nursery doesn’t have its own outdoor space, they make up for it with regular walks, park visits, cinema trips, and daily access to an on-site soft play area. The nursery also offers wraparound care, including a breakfast club and holiday club, which is a great support for working parents. Communication has noticeably improved over the past year with the introduction of the Famly app. We now receive timely updates about closures and helpful reminders when needed. The app also provides a daily, child-specific itinerary, photos, and a monthly development summary, which helps us stay informed and engaged in our child’s progress.

Our little one was quite apprehensive about starting nursery, but the team at Toddler Town truly went above and beyond to help him settle in. In the morning, even if he feels nervous again, he now feels safe and confident to start his day with them. It's clear that the staff take the time to personally get to know each child, understanding their individual needs and personalities. This has in boosted his confidence and we couldn't be happier with the nurturing and supportive environment Toddler Town provides!

My little girl has attended this nursery since she was a toddler and now she is in her last year of preschool. The staff are amazing, informative and caring. The children go on walks, can go to the softplay attached, have experiences like hatching duck and chicks and now nursery bunnies. Parents/carers can go to stay and plays and thanks to the famly app, you always know what your child has been up too. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.
