How they support every child
SEND provision
Staff get to know children well and recognise when they are experiencing strong emotions. They take children to a quieter space where they can learn to regulate their emotions and take some time away from the busy nursery environment. This supports all children, including children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, to make good progress, through nurture and understanding.
Outdoor space
Children put on their own coats before going outside and know how to take off their shoes and socks before climbing into the sandpit. They take part in rich and varied activities that promote their physical development. For instance, they test if objects can take their weight before standing on them.

St Mary's is a really lovely nursery with wonderful staff who show great care towards the children. The atmosphere is always welcoming and there's always a friendly face at the door! As a parent, I'm kept well informed on how my child is doing and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery.

St Marys is a friendly and welcoming nursery. My children are always excited for their nursery days. I am kept up to date with their progress by their keycarer and other members of staff. I love that they have a huge outdoor area which they use all year round and they take them on walking trips around the village.
