Sessions run from 9 am until 12 midday and 1 pm until 4 pm, offering a structured yet exceptionally caring environment where children truly thrive.
The nursery, which was established in 2015, places a strong emphasis on personalised support, particularly for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and those who speak English as an additional language. Staff work tirelessly with families, often establishing excellent relationships with external professionals like health and speech and language specialists.
This dedication ensures that all children, including the majority who speak English as an additional language, receive the tailored assistance they need to make rapid progress. The curriculum is thoughtfully planned around children's interests, with experiences carefully sequenced to build knowledge over time, from developing large-muscle skills for early writing to fostering independence in everyday tasks.
Outdoor learning is also a key feature, with children developing their large-muscle skills as they navigate scooters and learn to avoid obstacles. The nursery is praised for its phenomenal support to parents, with many commenting on how their children ask to go to nursery and how staff exceed their expectations.
