Inclusion & environment
Leaders provide good support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They are quick to make referrals and secure the timely support that individual children need. They work alongside parents and other professionals to ensure that they are working towards shared goals. Children with SEND make strong progress from their individual starting points.
Children get daily access to a spacious outside garden where there are opportunities to explore and be physically active. This supports them to learn healthy habits from a young age.
Both my children have enjoyed attending Star Brights. The members of staff provide a safe, nurturing environment and engage in fun activities with the children. My son will be going to reception in September and we'll be sad to leave Star Brights, but I know that his experience there will have prepared him well for starting reception as it did for my daughter.
Read on GoogleMy son is being 2 years in that nursery and I have so many problems with the manager of it. They got very bad management, every time the manager and the lady from finance department are always with attitude and don’t want to speak and explain themselves properly. They’re been lying me about their fees, about the price of their food. I paid for my son’s uniform but I didn’t receive backpack and they never refund my money. The kids in the nursery don’t washed their hands before sitting for lunch - so very bad hygiene. In the beginning they didn’t told me to pay for playing activities because my son was drawing or playing with dough and I did pay even they never mentioned that when I was for first time met them. After that they stopped charging me for activities but I never get refunded. The lady from finance is very rude and every time she does not understand anything (probably cos she was new there) but she still could learn it. Every time when my son is absent from nursery and I am emailing them the teachers after that calling me to asked me where is my son, because the manager never share that information from the email that someone is absent with the teachers in the group. I am very disappointed. Literally very bad management and unprofessional service. They’ve been change so many teachers or some of them just for long time somewhere else and after that they back I literally don’t understand why’s they was like that. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Read on GoogleI’m very pleased with teachers how they look after my daughter. They have a lot of different activities for children and my daughter loves to spend time at nursery. i can see big progress every time she is at nursery as she start her classes since she was 1year old. She learned how to be much more independent and how to socialise with other kids
Read on GoogleI am pleased to provide a positive performance review for Star bright nursery's nursery teachers and staff. Over the past year, they have shown exceptional dedication and commitment to their roles. They successfully organized a sports day, creating a fun and interactive environment for both children and parents. Additionally, the baking day with parents and the fire fighters meeting day showcased the nursery's efforts in promoting parental involvement and community engagement. One of the most notable achievements of Star bright nursery's teachers and staff is their impact on individual children. My son, who previously struggled with socializing, has made significant progress under their guidance. Not only has he gained more confidence, but his speaking skills have also improved. The teachers' efforts in teaching various songs have contributed to his overall learning and development. I am truly grateful for their dedication to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for all children.
