How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) receive high levels of support. Staff work very closely with the child's family and other professionals. For example, they identify children's emerging needs and begin the education, health and care plan assessment process as early as possible. Staff adapt targets for children to meet their needs. This enables every child to take part and become engaged during their time at the nursery. As a result, children with SEND make good progress from their starting points.

Amazing staff. Very supportive and understanding. Lovely setting full of great resources and different activities for the kids to do throughout the day. My daughter and I love this preschool and were both very upset when she had to leave to start big school!

I'm so glad I chose to send my daughter to Stars Preschool Welland. Their setting is lovely, the staff are amazing and most of all my daughter loves going to nursery. My daughter has a special bond with her key person and all other staff at the preschool, especially after she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. They made sure to get training and have been hands on with her care so much that I hardly need to worry when she is there. I would highly recommend them to any parents with young children getting ready to start nursery, your child will be very happy.

Staff are amazing and help with the smallest and biggest things. 2 of my kids went to this nursery and my youngest will be too once old enough. Really good with the kids and let's you know everything that is involved

Both my sons have attendend this preschool for the past 3 years.Very warm and freindly staff who try their best to support both children and parents. Really recommend this preschool. Setting is clean, engaging and fun. lots of open and event days to keep you informed of your childrens information and opertunities to have a great experince with your children. Recomend Highly!
