How they support every child

SEND provision

Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is excellent. The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) ensures close oversight of children's needs and supports staff very well. Staff are equally committed and ensure that children with SEND receive as ambitious a curriculum as their peers.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy opportunities to develop their large muscles as they climb, stretch and run and enjoy using the wheeled toys outside. Children independently access the handwashing facilities after outdoor play.

If they tell you the deposit is refundable - do not believe them. Gave £500 for a place 7 months in advance and was told it’s refundable. Just over a month after sending the money our circumstances drastically changed so gave notice straight away. Told strictly not refundable. Complete misrepresentation and was told to email the owners which I did and didn’t even get an acknowledgment back. Disgusting! Enjoy your £500 I’m sure none of it will be going to the kids or staff. Very poor.

I was there as a guest technician. Inside clean and tidy. Kids involved in activities. Very nice staff. At the front is parking and fenced playground.

Our little one has been going to this nursery for 1.5 years now and our expectations have been exceeded in all areas. It's hard to leave your baby in the care of others but the teams have done a brilliant job putting us at ease and we always felt that our son is safe and well looked after (and certainly well fed since he loves the food there and generally eats double portions). The teams do different activities every day to support his development and share pictures so you can see what the kids are up to. The team leaders are excellent communicators and nothing is ever too much trouble. We chose this particular nursery because (at least at the time of joining) it was the only nursery in the area that could accommodate our flexible working schedules which safes us a lot of money, but what kept us ultimately was feeling that there's no better place to look after our little one. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.
