Did work for these nearly a month ago, they haven't paid the invoice despite numerous invoice reminders, I simply get fobbed off saying its with the finance department. My patience ran out, and im preparing to take them to small claims court, issue a CCJ and sue for lost earnings and compensation. I certainly wouldn't trust these people with a goldfish let alone my child

If you are considering using this nursery, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We had our child in here for 6 months between January and June 2023. The care provided was poor. We raised an incident which was the end of our time here. Their recent Ofsted report from July/August 2023 was inadequate. It’s a shame as the nursery has a great location and good space but has poor staff looking after your children. We moved to another nursery around the corner which is more expensive but the care provided is absolutely amazing in comparison.

Following an inadequate Ofsted report in July 2023, which has not been disclosed to parents until September 2023, Greenwich council has withdrawn funding for children aged 3 and above. Do read the Ofsted report before you send your child to Storkway.

Despite recent Ofsted report, our kid absolutely loved it at Storkway, and they have some passionate staff who are great with children. We hope that council restores the funding soon after review.
