Kumon Streatham is part of the global Kumon education programme, offering supplementary maths and English study for children of all ages and abilities. The centre, led by Instructor Flora Fu, aims to cultivate life skills and independent learning beyond exam preparation.

Students follow an individualised study programme after an initial assessment, completing daily worksheets at home and in-centre. The curriculum is designed to help children develop confidence and self-learning abilities, enabling them to progress at their own pace, even advancing beyond their school level.

Kumon Streatham offers both in-centre classes and online learning options, with instructors providing guidance and monitoring progress. The centre emphasises daily practice to build foundational skills and foster independence in learners.

The Kumon Maths and English Study Programmes enable children of any age and ability to build key learning foundations. Our programmes will not only help your child to become a confident learner, they go one step further than traditional maths or English tuition by equipping them with the skills to learn for themselves. Self-learning is an important skill for children as they journey through education and beyond, building independence and ability to progress without reliance on a teacher.

Pricing & funding

Kumon Streatham charges a one-off registration fee to enrol a child. Subsequently, a monthly fee is charged for each subject studied. This fee covers daily worksheets and regular classes.

“We’ve had a wonderful experience at [Kumon streatham Center]! My daughter has gained confidence in math . The instructors are patient and supportive, and the structured approach has really helped her improve. Highly recommend for any child looking to build a solid foundation in math!”

My daughter has been attending Kumon for over a year. She really enjoys her weekly sessions and gets on really well with Agnes and other staff members. The online zoom sessions have been fantastic! My daughter looks forward too her online sessions, she’s even purchased her self a tripod. My daughter loves the fact that Agnes can see how she is progressing online. Thank you Kumon for all your help and support. 😀😀

My children joined Kumon centre last year, at the beginning of summer holiday. At the time I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to start Kumon during the holidays, however I am happy I did it. When the school started in September my kids had no problem to accommodate Kumon with everyday school learning, as they were used to the daily routine with Kumon. After over a year I have noticed significant improvement in their learning (both English & Maths) and have to mention Agnes in here. Her work, dedication and professionalism is definitely part of my children success. Agnes, thank you for all your hard work. Absolutely amazing teacher!

I've been with Agnus for well over a year now (for my son) and have recently signed up my daughter. Agnus is professional and excellent with children. I have 5 children and during the initial assessment, all children were given activities to stay busy with so that my daughter could concentrate. The staff are all really positive in how they conduct themselves which is really nice for the children to see. My daughter really looks forward to doing Kumon and I can see fast progression in her learning. Thank you to everyone at Streatham Kumon for being great! I would highly recommend this branch

My daughter started Kumon Maths and English almost 8 weeks ago. I am so pleased and impressed with her progress. My daughter initially struggled with her reading and can now read independently and enjoys reading to me as part if her bedtime routine. We had parents evening last weeks and her teachers praised her new focus and motivation in both maths and English. Kumon has increased her confidence in both these subjects.
