• Adults gently encourage children to solve problems, helping them develop critical thinking skills.
• The setting has created an inclusive learning environment for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
• Staff provide effective support for children transitioning to school, collaborating with schools and preparing children to talk confidently about their feelings.
• Leaders have devised a well-sequenced curriculum that targets every child's learning and development, adapting it based on individual progress.
• Staff collaborate well with parents, providing advice and connecting them with specialist professionals to support children's progress at home.
• Staff follow children's interests closely and ask frequent questions to further their understanding.
• Leaders have implemented an effective staff development system, with staff regularly attending courses and sharing new knowledge and skills.
• The arrangements for safeguarding are effective, fostering an open and positive culture.
