My daughter has attended the nursery for just under 2 months and I am so very happy with the warm, welcoming staff. My 2nd child so I’m familiar with childcare settings but management here are so nurturing and invested in making sure the environment is safe for the children. They are very accommodating and it reflects in the progess I’ve seen with my little girls confidence. I definitely recommend!

The nursery is generally fine, but there are a few areas that could be improved. They do offer fruit during snack times a long with bread sticks etc, the main meals at lunch often consist of things like nuggets and chips, cupcakes, custard, and toast which is not a nutritious option for a 1 year old. During my child's time at Sweet Cuddles I only experienced a vegetable given to her once at lunch, the rest were not healthy options and as a parent I do find this very concerning. I also found that their online accounts aren’t updated regularly, so it’s hard to know what the children are doing or learning day to day. I was called soo many times in a short period to pick up my child because she wasn’t settling, which made me feel that the nursery perhaps didn’t have the time, resources or patience to help her adjust properly which is a real shame as this is something I would expect them to know how to handle given the nature of the business.

Sweet cuddles nursery has been an amazing place for my son. As a parent, I was worried if he would adjust to the environment, but to my surprise, he settled so well. He has developed so many skills and he sings so many rhymes since joining the nursery. He enjoys all the activities and is happy in the nursery. As my son needs extra support, thanks to Laphia and the team for being so accommodating and going above and beyond to support him.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Sweet Cuddles Nursery.From the very first day, the warmth and care shown by the entire team made us feel instantly reassured that we had chosen the perfect place for our daughter. The staff are truly exceptional — nurturing, patient, and always full of smiles. They go above and beyond not only to support the children in their learning and development but also to make each child feel truly seen and valued. Our daughter absolutely adores her time there; she comes home every day beaming with stories, songs, and new things she’s learned. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job to the staff — they genuinely care and put their hearts into what they do. The communication is fantastic, and we always feel informed and involved in her journey. Watching our daughter grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity has been a joy, and we owe so much of that to the wonderful team here. Thank you for creating such a loving, safe, and inspiring environment for our little one. We’re incredibly grateful and can’t recommend Sweet Cuddles Nursery highly enough!

After looking at several nurseries in the area we decided on Sweet Cuddles Nursery and this was the best decision we had made. From the very moment that we went to visit Sweet Cuddles, we knew we this was the nursery for our daughter. Laphia and the team are so very welcoming and accommodating, we knew that our daughter would be in safe hands, they completely put me at ease as I was nervous about sending my little one to nursery for the first time! The care and attention that they give to children/ babies is exemplary. They always do such fun and imaginative activies with the children such as: arts and crafts, nature walks/ sensory play, story time to name but a few. The nursery send parents updates throughout the day which is documented in the learning journal. I always look forward to reading this. My little one recently (with the help of the staff) made a lovely Valentines key ring and an adorable cardboard heart with flower petals, these are just the many wonderful things they do with the children to encourage creativity and development. Food is freshly cooked on the premises and the menu choices are healthy and nutritious. If you're looking for a wholesome nursery, we thoroughly recommend Sweet Cuddles. They go above and beyond for children and parents. Staff are warm and approachable, their care and dedication is evident in everything they do. The smile on our little ones face says it all. 😊😀
