How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff and managers work closely with parents and other professionals, such as speech therapists, to support children's communication and ensure any gaps in children's learning are quickly identified and closed. This has a positive impact on the outcome for children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.

Outdoor space

Children thoroughly enjoy fresh air and physical play. They strengthen their large muscles as they step over tyres, and use their small muscles to dig in the mud kitchen and allotment. Babies explore the environment and stretch to reach resources. Weekly dance and sports sessions provide further opportunities for children to move their bodies in various ways.

I’ve had a very positive experience at West Thames College. The teachers are supportive and explain lessons clearly. The campus is clean and well organised, and students get good guidance and support. I’m grateful for the opportunity to study here and I highly recommend this college.

Do not come to this college or send your children here, if you parents worry about the safety of your children. This college condones violence especially if young children are fighting as a joke. I told security to stop a situation and the security said “ we know them they are friends” so i said so you condone violence even if its a joke and friendly hitting. Absolutely disgusting and they have no stationary resources for your children even though it is a college.
