The nursery's special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) is very experienced and knowledgeable about children who require additional support. The SENCo works closely with families, key people and external agencies to ensure children receive the targeted support required to meet their development needs. My daughter attended sweetpeas until last September when she moved onto primary school. I was absloutley gutted that she had to leave. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond with the kids and their care. My daughter loved her time there. They had loads of lovley little events that parents could attend aswell. My daughter Came home with some beautiful gifts and crafts they created. At xmas the children came home with some lovely little keepsakes including a cute little bauble etc. Staff are really helpful if I ever needed extra days etc they always tried their hardest to accommodate aswell. If I ever have anymore children I will 100% send them here again. Really lovely day care.

Disgusting service from this nursery and management have a serious issue. My nephew who has a disability attended this nursery. They should be qualified sufficiently to know that a routine is paramount for someone with autism. Instead, they constantly changed his schedule due to staff shortages. However, as all parents are paying customers, they prioritised the children who didn't have a disability. Shouldn't it be the other way round? To make it worse, I have been there myself to drop off my nephew, only to be told whilst waiting in reception that there is a mix up and today was not the day he should be in nursery (not what the emails said). They watched a 4 year old having a total meltdown in a tiny enclosed reception, banging on the door to be let in and they refused to let him in. No idea how they have Ofsted. Thank goodness my children are grown up and I never have to deal with a nursery like this! My own son is 15 years old with Autism and the system is so very broken. You don't realise until you are "that" parent 😞 P.s. nursery, you don't need a blaring sound ringing throughout the nursery, every time a parent rings the bell, find a solution! Your own staff have also confirmed the terrible treatment, in confidence....

My daughter has been attending Sweet Peas for around 6 months - the staff are lovely and she obviously really loves them as goes willingly into their arms in the morning. They do loads of great activities and I get to see what she has been up to through the online portal. Would highly recommend.

Since my daughter started here she has come on leaps and bounds. Her Social Skills have got so much better. As an only child she did seem to have an issue with sharing and getting along other children but since the staff here have been working with her she is absolutely great now and she has established lots of little friendships. I would highly recommend Sweet Peas.
