🌟 I gave this nursery 5 stars, but it truly deserves 10. My twin girls, Amaris and Annabelle, attended this nursery after I made the decision to move them from a previous setting—and it was the best decision I could have made. They thrived here. The management team is outstanding: they communicate effectively, show genuine care, and always put the children first. Their approach is truly child-centred, and you can feel it in everything they do. This nursery doesn’t just meet expectations—they exceed them. Food were freshly made daily and not charity food like the previous nursery which made children ill. I’ve recommended Tendercubs to others because of the excellent service I received. Their flexibility suited my schedule perfectly, and I always felt that they cared deeply—not just for the children, but for the parents too. Having come from a distressing experience with the previous nursery, where I felt money mattered more than the children, Tendercubs was a breath of fresh air. I only regret not making the move sooner. When I shared my earlier experience with the management—including how the previous nursery inaccurately suggested my daughters had autism due to delayed speech—they were genuinely shocked. Later assessments confirmed my girls were just fine and i shared this with tendercubs, which reaffirmed that Tendercubs was exactly where we needed to be. I want to sincerely thank the management and staff for the care and love they showed my daughters. A special thank you to Salima—she was exceptional and clearly has a heart for this work. The owners, too, are hands-on, kind, and deeply invested in the children’s well-being. ✨ This nursery is truly exceptional and ofsted should do better at rewarding excellent nursery and the work they put in it not only about paperwork. This should have come earlier but needed to do this swiftly as I am ever so grateful. I will bring the girls soonest to meet with staff to see how big they have grown, not only grown but very clever, smart and talkative lol 😄 😆 😀
