Inclusion & environment
Since the previous inspection, staff have worked hard to create an ambitious curriculum that meets the individual needs of all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff have lanyards with a visual routine so children who are non-verbal can communicate their needs effectively. They are also very attuned to the different ways children prefer to communicate, such as through gesture or actions, and respond positively to this.
The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact on children's learning.
Our daughter has been going to Tenderlinks for over a year now and she is very happy there. She likes everyone at the nursery , feels save and she had great development in the past year. I can’t recommend the place highly enough the only downside , there isn’t much of a parking around the nursery , if you have to drive to do drop offs and pick ups . Thank you everyone for taking care of Lily we really appreciate it your hard work

Read on GoogleOur son started here in March when he was 8 months old. We were anxious about leaving him to go back to work but the team at Tenderlinks have been so caring and have made it a smooth transition for us all. Our son is visibly happy to go in every day and we can see him develop and become more confident and sociable. The staff are kind, understanding and flexible of our requests so we’re very happy with our decision to send him here.
Read on GoogleI’m very happy of Tenderlinks nursery for my 14 months baby. The staff are accommodating and very dedicated. You can always be updated about his daily activities and check how long he slept, how much he’s eaten and what, by way of the famly app which is nice and easy to use. You get news, pictures of the babies and looks like you are involved in his daily routine. Food looks healthy and the nursery is newly renovated. They also provide comments and advices on his growth and development which I find very useful. Above all I can say that he’s clearly happy to go, when I see him running in to go playing I feel we took a great decision in choosing this place.
Read on GoogleMy Daughter has been at Tenderlinks Streatham now for 5 months and I have to say she settled in really well and loves going to nursery. The staff are friendly and genuinely lovely and although its only a small little building it has everything you could ask for. Its clean and the my family app is a bonus I love to receive photos throughout the day and see what she been up to or what little trip they have been on. I always get a little hand over at the end of the day and staff are always helpful. Its just a really nice place and my daughter loves it she is comfortable there and thats what matters.
