I was initially very concerned about finding the right nursery for my daughter, as she is quite sensitive and was very attached to me. She’s two years old now, and I had heard from some parents in our area that their children struggled to settle in at other nurseries due to the staff. I never imagined it would be possible, but settling my daughter into a nursery has exceeded my expectations. The staff here are truly remarkable; they are the kindest and most trustworthy people. My daughter is now very happy and settled, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

My daughter started in Oct 2021 a month after it opened she was 18 months. You get time to settle in your child at the child's pace which is really good.I was not sure if they would agree to take her as she is cloth diapered but staff and management were so on board they learned how to clothe diaper her and definitely eased my worries. I have seen this nursery grow from strength to strength. The nursery is very diverse, easy to get to, has plenty of parking for drop off/pickups. The children are from multi ethnic background and TCA really do go along way to celebrate the individuality and cultural aspects of all the children. Their communication is good, the have an app which gives you the parent information on feeding, changing what activities they have done that day. I like the nursery is very introspective as well, they incorporate themese and learn about different topics such as world music day, red nose day, international womens day...they learn about different countries loved when they made flags and made theme days out of this. My child learned phonics here, how to ride a bike, how to take turns and share, what it means to care for others, safety, she is very imaginative and loves singing along. I love the emphasis on reading and personal reading time they teach kids how to grip pens and write. There is room to leave your pram, there is an enclosed outdoor area for children to be outdoors and play. There is flexibility and alot of understanding from the staff. Their meals are well prepared and you get to know the menu so really It is well rounded happy environment. I love that there is time to chat about your child's progress whenever you want and they also organise like a parents day situation for each parent to have time with their child's lead to speak on progress and concerns. I love the use of Bailey the dog for therapy honestly at first I didn't know how it would work but I even fell in love with dog myself . It has helped my daughter not fear dogs and learn to be calm, caring so kudos to TCA for the unique approach. I love that they celebrate the children's birthdays and achievements you can see the community they have built, my child loves it and has made friends and will be sad when we have to leave for reception. Lastly I love how supportive they have been when we needed things to be done differently to accommodate our child's needs if they are ill or having a difficult period, staff have been good to adjust, I am particularly grateful for the support they have given as my child is potty training. So yes I would definitely recommend a visit, virtual tour and for your child to start at the nursery.

My son started here in September when it opened and I can honestly say it's one of the best decisions I made. The way the staff take care of the children is amazing. My son has progressed so much since starting here, he's made some lovely little friends and his behaviour has also improved. I can't thank the staff enough for making him feel so welcome. Seeing his little face light up when he sees them and his friends when he walks in is one of the best feelings ever.

All the staff at TCA are incredible!! So so kind and trustworthy, you couldn't get better staff and teachers. My son has flurished so much and they have really helped him through his personal needs. It's the best feeling in the world knowing that he is happy at nursery, he absolueltely loves it and has so much fun there every day through learning and play. We couldn't be happier that we found TCA. 100% reccomend them, hand on my heart the best nursery in town!!

I viewed 18 nurseries and I didn't hesitate for one moment about placing my son here. You won't get nicer staff anywhere, they genuinely love the children. It's big enough for the children but small enough to feel like family. The education from the earliest age right through to pre school is actually being carried out daily. Even without the daily app I would be able to say the activities are fab with confidence as my son has come on leaps and bounds from the moment he started. If TCA had a primary school (yes wishful thinking) I'd do everything I could to send my children there.
