My children went here for 1 1/2 years. Staff are mostly okay but the management is unbearable. Wouldn’t recommend. Issues to note; 1. Fee for using 30hours - claimed to be “optional” for “food, outtings” etc but when challenged they completely fail to mention that they have no place to store food so it ends up being FORCED into everyone’s invoices. I’ve told them to get their lawyers involved and they dropped the fee immediately 😊 2. Many parents and myself reported poor bathroom etiquette leaving children with recurring UTIs and smelling of wee.
