Parents comment that the managers make them feel valued and listened to.
They like the settling-in period as it helps them to feel confident and knowledgeable about their children's care and learning.
Inclusion & environment
The managers use additional funding to purchase sensory resources to support the individual learning needs of children. The special educational needs coordinator is efficient in her role and works well in partnership with outside agencies and parents to ensure children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have educational plans in place to support their individual learning needs and interests.
Practitioners promote children's physical development well. Outside, children balance, climb apparatus and splash in the water trays, making good progress in their large-muscle development.
My daughter started at The Learning Tree Nursery 6 months ago (she was 9 months old) and has loved it from the very beginning. I always feel confident in the care she receives - she's happy, learning lots, and eating well. The staff are great: kind, attentive and supportive. We're especially grateful for her key caregiver, Zoe, who has looked after her from day one. Communication through the app is very easy and we get photos throughout the week, which is really nice! Overall, we're really happy with our experience and the care she receives.
Read on GoogleAs new parents, it wasn’t easy for us to start nursery, and there were a few changes in management and staff along the way. However, everything feels very settled now, and we’re genuinely happy with the warm, positive daily vibe. Our daughter is clearly happy there and constantly coming home with new tricks and skills, which has been fascinating to watch. We’re really pleased with how things have progressed and feel confident she’s in a great place.
