The Lime Trees Nurseries aim to provide an exceptional foundation for children's education, offering flexible and affordable care with an outstanding Ofsted track record. They pride themselves on creating a language-rich, supportive environment where children aged 2, 3, and 4 years can flourish.
The nursery understands the unique needs of each family, tailoring packages for full-time, part-time, or term-time care. They are committed to high-quality childcare, with experienced and qualified professionals fostering a nurturing and stimulating setting and prioritising safety and individualised attention.
The curriculum is designed to support development across all areas: cognitive, physical, social, and emotional. The nursery also places a strong emphasis on nature-based learning through weekly Forest School sessions, where children can develop technical skills and even earn a Wild Passport.
Additionally, they encourage artistic expression in richly resourced Art Ateliers, celebrating both contemporary and classical artists. Strong partnerships with co-located schools ensure a smooth transition for children moving on to primary education, creating a cohesive educational journey.

Inclusion & environment
Assessment is highly effective. Staff accurately identify and swiftly intervene when children need extra support. Additional funding is used for an in-house speech and language therapist, who provides individual support for children and advice for staff. Staff work with children closely to provide focused language groups. They plan activities to help children to produce new sounds and to build the muscles in their mouths.
Outside, staff provide lots of containers in the water tray to support children's interest in filling and emptying containers. Children are encouraged to fetch large tweezers and use these to develop their small-muscle skills as they carefully pick up pom-poms and fill jars.
