My children have attended this nursery since they were babies. My son has had no problems. My daughter on the other hand, has confidently transitioned from using nappies, to using a potty/toilet. However the nursery refuses to make sure that she has wiped the excrement from her bottom, they wont help her figure it out and just leaves her underwear covered in poo. I feel as something has happened at the nursery and the staff are covering it up. She now refuses to not use a nappy and has reverted all the way back now refusing to use a potty/toilet. The member of staff who claimed to be a manager claimed they have no idea and refused to pass it along to anyone higher up, because she was the highest authority in the nursery. I will be pulling my children from this nursery and will be making my friends who I introduced to the nursery and other parents about the disgusting negligence. My daughter is now traumatised when it comes to using toilets and after each nursery visit in such a state of pain because no one is helping use the toilet correctly and as a result finds her private parts are constantly red, sore and itchy. Thanks Old Rec, thanks management. Disgusting
