Inclusion & environment
All staff have a very good overview of each child's development. Staff use observation and assessment effectively to ensure that every child is challenged successfully to reach the next stage in their learning. They work with parents to ensure every child's needs are well met.
Children are physically active outdoors every day. They learn about the natural world through caring for chickens and planting and growing. Older children engage in problem-solving activities related to ice and experiment with sinking and floating.
